Policies

Late Policy

Although we try our hardest to accomodate, due to our busy schedule arriving 10 minutes late or more would result in disrupting our next client's appointment. More than 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show, which amounts to 50% of the reserved service.

Please try to arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time, and help yourself to our selection of herbal teas or coffee.

Children

For the safety of your child, we request that children under the age of 10, be accompanied by an adult or left at home. This is to ensure the safety and satisfaction of you, your child, and our other clients.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment, we understand things come up. We just request that you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice to allow us to try to fill the appointment. All appointments canceled within 24 hours are free of charge. Cancellations less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled appointment cost to account for lost time and revenue. 

In case of emergency, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cellphones

The Skin Studio is a place for you to come relax, recharge and reconnect. During your visit with us, we kindly ask that you silence your phones and take any phone calls outside of the building or listen to calls or videos through headphones. 

No-Shows

Please understand that we work very hard to accommodate all of our clients and respect your time and kindly ask that you respect ours in return. When you No-Show your appointment, we are unable to fill that space which was reserved specifically for you. 

No-Show appointments will result in a charge of 50% of the service amount. 

Declined cards will be unable to re-book until fee is paid in-house.

Refunds

All returns and exchange requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your products. All returned items must be in the original packaging and must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges will not be refunded or credited. The Skin Studio will provide a store credit for any returned products to be used on any other products.

Repeated cancellations or no-shows, refusal to abide by studio policies, or inappropriate behavior will result in refusal of service.
The Skin Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
